21-Day Returns Policy for Fresh Full Price Products
Your satisfaction is important to us at NZtyres. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 21 days, provided the product is in its original, unused condition. We’ll happily exchange it for another item and send the replacement to you at no additional cost. We will only provide a voucher if you don’t want any product in return of your product.
Clearance Items
- We do not provide refunds unless a product is found to be defective.
- This policy ensures customers are fully informed about the condition of the item prior to completing their purchase.
- We cannot accept items if they are already fitted and used.
- Wheels & Tyres: We cannot accept returns if the items have been fitted. Refunds are only given when the product is faulty.
Process for Return
To initiate a return, complete the return form with your basic information and the reason for sending the item back. Please pack the product carefully to avoid damage during transit, as we cannot accept items that arrive damaged.
Return Conditions
- Our Returns Department is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- All returns are checked and processed within 48 hours of being received.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.
- Boxed products must be returned in their original packaging, unmarked and in good condition.
- A restocking fee may be applied in certain cases.
- Shipping costs for items ordered incorrectly are non-refundable.
