Can I change my order once I have received a confirmation email?

Generally once your order has been dispatched we are unable to add to, remove from or modify your selection.

Yes, provided we offer a fitment service for the item in question. Conditions do apply for fitments. All local fitters added in website . Kindly go through the list and find nearby fitters to your place. For further enquiry email us on listed email below in website.

Should you need to alter the delivery address after submitting an order, please reach out to our Customer Support Team without delay to minimize the risk of extra shipping fees.

We will make every reasonable effort to update the address. However, once the package has already been handed over to the courier, changing the destination becomes challenging and may result in extended delivery times or additional costs.

If your order has not arrived on time and you are worried, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team. Our Delivery Specialist will look into the issue for you.

Tire prices can vary due to several factors outside of our control. These include changes in manufacturer pricing, fluctuations in raw material costs, shipping and fuel surcharges, as well as seasonal promotions or discounts.

There is no contract or charge to be a part of our network, we simply pass the business onto you, to help our customers out.

All we ask is for a price for fitting, including stripping and disposal of the old tyres, and fitting and balancing the new tyres The lower your price can be, the more customers will select your shop to fit their tyres.

NZ Tyres does not allow for 2 seperate vouchers to be applied to the one order. The ‘shopping cart’ will select the most recent voucher entered.
